When is Cluster Festival?
Cluster Festival is on August 30th from 13:00 until 23:00.
From 23:00 – 04:00 there is an official afterparty which takes place in HAL015.
Where is Cluster Festival?
Cluster Festival takes place at the historic Kabelfabriek in Delft.

What is the minimum age to enter Cluster Festival?
Cluster festival is exclusively 18+, at the entrance you will be asked to show a valid ID/driver’s license/passport. If you cannot show this, you can be denied entrance.
What is the difference between Cluster and Turbine?
Cluster Festival is a production by the same people behind “Turbine Delft”.
In order to push a new identity for the Turbine festival, the decision was made to create a new identity which became “Cluster”.
Why is there a no-photo/video policy?
Although during the day program (Cluster) the cameras will not be covered. We still enforce a no-photo/video policy on the dance floor as we believe this enhances everyone’s experience.
Cluster/Turbine is the place to disconnect and to fully embrace the moment.
At the afterparty in HAL015 all cameras will be covered with a sticker due to the intimate setting.
Can I leave Cluster festival and re-enter later?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once you leave Cluster festival, re-entry is only allowed with a new, unused ticket.
In specific circumstances it is possible to arrange this, please contact the door crew or awareness team (recognizable by their red led wristbands) to discuss the possibilities.
What are the entry times for Cluster festival and Turbine VOL.10
The entrance to Cluster festival is open from 13:00 to 22:00.
The entrance for Turbine VOL.10 for visitors from outside is from 23:30 to 02:00.
Do I need to use tokens to pay at Cluster festival?
No, Cluster festival does not use a token system. All purchases at bars and food trucks are paid for directly at the time of ordering using a debit or credit card.
Are there lockers available at Cluster festival?
Yes, lockers are available on the festival terrain.
You can re-open the lockers as many times as you want after renting.
The lockers will be continued to use during Turbine VOL.10 (until 04:00). There is no guarded wardrobe at HAL015 like usual.
Will there be food available at Cluster festival?
Yes, there are various food trucks present ready to fight your hunger!
Can I pay by card of cash?
All payments on the festival grounds can be done by card.
Cash payments are not accepted.
PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES
Can I bring my own graffiti equipment to tag/paint on the graffiti walls?
Yes! To be able to bring your own gear (spray cans/paint) you must register here!
How do I participate in the carsmash?
The Carsmash is open for all visitors. You cannot register/reserve in advance, instead you will have to go by the Carsmash tent where you can claim a timeslot.
Due to the great enthusiasm we recommend coming early to the festival grounds in order to claim your spot.

Is it possible to refund my ticket?
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds. You can sell your ticket via TicketSwap.
TRANSPORT
By Public Transport
We advise you to take the train to Delft Campus, it is only an eight minute walk from there to the entrance of Cluster Festival/Turbine VOL.10
Please keep in mind that there are no trains between 01:00 – 05:00 from Delft Campus. Between this time you can take the night train which runs every hour trough Delft main Station.
By Bike/Moped/Scooter
There is plenty of bike parking at the Kabeldistrict, a traffic steward will guide you with parking the bike.
By Car
There are plenty of spots available for parking your car. Traffic signs and a traffic steward will help you with finding the right place.
Parking is free of any charge.
